The Frederick hot air balloon rally, known as Miners Day held in September, has been changed to Frederick In Flight and schedulded for June 25th and 26th. The dates have changed but all the great perks remain. Not only a great flying area, we still have a great pilot/crew/sponsor dinner at the golf course on Friday. Motel & travel money for the pilots, refundable entry fee, propane, champagne, and a great party. We are planning to have parachutists, a balloon glow, and the town is working on getting the restaurants to offer pilots & crews greatly discounted breakefast and dinner coupons.
